摘  要:随着储能技术的不断发展,飞轮储能技术在电网检修、应急抢修、供电保障等作业场景得到了初步应用。介绍了储能系统工作特性、接线方式,并对储能机柜前置电源自动投切系统时序进行了描述及整定,实现储能系统在市电及应急柴油发电机组双路电源间切换时不间断供电能力。通过分析飞轮储能-柴油发电联合机组在用电敏感客户供电保障作业时的投切数据,验证了工作过程。In recent years,with the continuous development of energy storage technoloy,flywheel energy storage technology has been initially applied in power grid maintenance,emergency repair,power supply security and other operation scenarios.This paper introduces the working characteristics and wiring mode of the system,describes and sets the sequence of the automatic switching system of the front power supply of the energy storage cabinet,realizes the uninterrupted power supply capability of the energy storage system switching between the municipal power supply and the emergency diesel generator set.Finally,the working process is verified by analyzing the switching data of flywheel energy storage diesel generator unit in the power supply guarantee operation of power sensitive customers.
