摘　　要：变应性支气管肺曲霉病(allergic bronchipulmonary aspergillosis,ABPA)又称为过敏性支气管肺曲霉疾病,妊娠合并ABPA少见,在临床上容易出现误诊和漏诊。本文回顾了2020年7月27日由湖南省人民医院收治的1例妊娠合并ABPA的病例资料及诊治经过,经过及时救治,母儿预后良好,随访至今未复发。Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA)also known as allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis;it is rare in pregnant women.It is prone to clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.This article reviews the case data,diagnosis,and treatment of a pregnant women with ABPA admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital on July 27,2020;after timely treatment,the mother and child got a good prognosis,and the follow-up had found no recurrence.
