摘  要:目的探究基于微信远程延续性教育护理对泌尿外科行回肠膀胱造口患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年5月无锡市第二人民医院泌尿外科收治的行回肠膀胱造口患者92例,简单随机分为两组,各46例。对照组男29例,女17例,年龄(45.32±7.69)岁;观察组男31例,女15例,年龄(44.14±7.51)岁。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于微信远程延续性教育护理,包括组建延续性教育护理小组、认知与需求评估、制订出院护理计划及微信远程教育。比较两组自护能力、造口适应能力及并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组回肠膀胱造口患者造口自护能力比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预3个月后,观察组自我护理意愿、自我护理技能评分及总分分别为(2.11±0.55)分、(17.69±3.30)分、(19.80±2.18)分,均高于对照组(1.76±0.53)分、(13.76±3.21)分、(15.52±2.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预前,两组回肠膀胱造口患者造口适应能力比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预3个月后,观察组接受、持续担忧、社交、愤怒评分及总分分别为(30.23±4.14)分、(17.77±2.15)分、(14.42±1.52)分、(7.33±0.64)分、(69.75±4.62)分,均高于对照组(25.35±4.37)分、(15.56±3.06)分、(10.15±2.05)分、(5.78±0.86)分、(56.84±5.98)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组干预3个月后并发症发生率为10.87%(5/46),低于对照组28.26%(13/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信远程延续性教育护理应用于泌尿外科行回肠膀胱造口患者可有效加强其自护能力与适应能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the nursing effect of remote continuing education nursing based on WeChat in patients undergoing ileocystostomy in urinary surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent ileocystostomy in Urinary Surgery of Wuxi Second People's Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and were simply randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.There were 29 males and 17 females in the control group,with the age of(45.32±7.69)years old;there were 31 males and 15 females in the observation group,with the age of(44.14±7.51)years old.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received remote continuing education nursing based on WeChat,including establishment of continuing nursing education team,cognitive and need assessment,development of discharge care plan,and WeChat remote education.The self-care abilities,adaptability,and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the self-care abilities between the two groups before the intervention(all P>0.05);after 3 months'intervention,the scores of self-care willingness and self-care skills,the total score in the observation group were(2.11±0.55)points,(17.69±3.30)points,and(19.80±2.18)points,which were all higher than those in the control group[(1.76±0.53)points,(13.76±3.21)points,and(15.52±2.26)points](all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the stoma adaptability between the two groups before the intervention(all P>0.05);after 3 months'intervention,the scores of acceptance,constant worry,socialization,anger,and the total score in the observation group were(30.23±4.14)points,(17.77±2.15)points,(14.42±1.52)points,(7.33±0.64)points,and(69.75±4.62)points,which were all higher than those in the control group[(25.35±4.37)points,(15.56±3.06)points,(10.15±2.05)points,(5.78±0.86)points,and(56.84±5.98)points](all P<0.05).After 3 months'intervention,the incidence of complications of the observation gro
