马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染性皮肤损伤患者3例护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染性皮肤损伤患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2020年8月本院收治的3例(男1例,女2例,年龄范围为29~70岁)马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染性皮肤损伤患者的护理方法,包括积极清创及彻底引流、促进创面修复、给予营养支持、心理护理以及出院指导,观察护理干预对伤口愈合的效果。结果3例患者经护理后,2处皮肤伤口愈合,5处皮肤伤口好转出院,出院后电话回访,2周后伤口愈合,表面有淡淡的瘢痕,局部皮肤无触痛。结论马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染性皮肤损伤,早期应积极清创引流,待清除脓液及腐肉后予苏肤外涂伤口及周围皮肤,可促进创面修复,给予充足的营养支持及心理护理,取得患者配合,可促进伤口愈合。Objective To explore nursing methods for patients with skin injury caused by Marneffei cyanobacteria.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on nursing methods for 3 patients with skin injury caused by Marneffei cyanobacteria(1 male and 2 females,aged 29-70)admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2020,including active debridement and thorough drainage,promoting wound repair,nutritional support,psychological nursing,and discharge guidance.The effect of nursing intervention on wound healing was observed.Results After the nursing for the 3 patients,2 skin wounds healed and 5 skin wounds improved,and all the 3 patients were discharged from the hospital.After discharge,a follow-up visit was made by telephone.Two weeks later,the skin wounds healed,with light scars on the surface and no haphalgesia on the local skin.Conclusion For skin injuries caused by Marneffei cyanobacteria,early debridement and drainage should be actively applied,medical chitosan biogel is applied to the wounds and surrounding skin after the removal of pus and slough,which can promote the wound repair,providing adequate nutritional support and psychological care and obtaining the cooperation of patients can promote the wound healing.
