氨基葡聚糖联合硫酸软骨素在骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果及对VAS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氨基葡聚糖联合硫酸软骨素在骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果及对视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的68例骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组男13例,女21例,年龄(69.7±3.5)岁;研究组男12例,女22例,年龄(70.2±3.9)岁。对照组采用硫酸软骨素治疗,研究组采用氨基葡聚糖及硫酸软骨素结合治疗。对两组骨性关节炎患者治疗效果、疼痛程度及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.1%(32/34),高于对照组70.6%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨性关节炎患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月,研究组VAS评分分别为(3.5±1.0)分、(2.7±0.8)分,均低于对照组(5.6±1.9)分、(4.9±1.7)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组治疗后精神健康、情感职能、生理功能、社会活动、总体健康评分分别为(82.9±16.3)分、(90.7±9.8)分、(83.9±13.6)分、(86.9±12.2)分、(85.8±14.3)分,均高于对照组(64.1±13.1)分、(72.6±10.9)分、(64.5±14.2)分、(73.4±10.5)分、(70.5±15.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在骨性关节炎患者中,应用氨基葡聚糖联合硫酸软骨素治疗,具有显著的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的关节疼痛感,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of glycosaminoglycans combined with chondroitin sulfate in patients with osteoarthritis and its effect on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the objects of this study.All the patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,34 cases in each group.There were 13 males and 21 females in the control group,with the age of(69.7±3.5)years old;there were 12 males and 22 females in the study group,with the age of(70.2±3.9)years old.The control group was treated with chondroitin sulfate,and the study group was treated with glycosaminoglycans combined with chondroitin sulfate.The treatment effects,pain degrees,and qualities of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group[94.1%(32/34)vs.70.6%(24/34)](P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the VAS scores in the study group were(3.5±1.0)points and(2.7±0.8)points,which were lower than those in the control group[(5.6±1.9)points and(4.9±1.7)points](both P<0.05).The scores of mental health,emotional functioning,physical function,social activity,and general health of the study group were(82.9±16.3)points,(90.7±9.8)points,(83.9±13.6)points,(86.9±12.2)points,and(85.8±14.3)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(64.1±13.1)points,(72.6±10.9)points,(64.5±14.2)points,(73.4±10.5)points,and(70.5±15.6)points](all P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with osteoarthritis,the application of glycosaminoglycans and chondroitin sulfate combined treatment has a significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve their joint pain of patients and quality of life,worthy of promotion.
