摘　　要：目的了解目前住院脑卒中患者家属对院前处置方面知识的掌握情况,为进一步有针对性地加大健康宣传力度让公众了解脑卒中基本知识提供依据。方法对本院神经科2018年5月17日至6月8日住院脑卒中患者的照顾者进行封闭式问卷调查,87例照顾者中男57例,女30例,年龄(63.02±12.31)岁。调查问卷根据《脑卒中家庭专护指导(识别脑卒中120三步法)》中的院前紧急处置要点自行研制,问卷的主要内容是患者发生脑卒中时家属院前应急措施。结果脑卒中患者在发病时出现肢体无力时有32.18%(28/87)患者做到无独自步行并能平卧休息,34.48%(30/87)的患者有记录发病时间,仅12.64%(11/87)患者有在家测量血压,83.91%(73/87)的患者在等待救援时能得到安抚。结论脑卒中患者及其家属对脑卒中院前处置相关基础知识认知不足。Objective To investigate the knowledge of pre-hospital treatment in the caregivers of stroke patients,in order to further strengthen targeted health promotion efforts so that the public can understand the basic knowledge of stroke.Methods A questionnaire survey was investigated among 87 caregivers of stroke patients in department of neurology of our hospital from May 17 to June 8,2018,including 57 males and 30 females,with the age of(63.02±12.31)years old.The questionnaire was developed according to the key points of pre-hospital emergency management in the Guidance of Family Special Care for Stroke(Identification of Stroke 120 Three-step Method).Results When the stroke patients had limb weakness,32.18%(28/87)of the patients had no walking alone and laid down to rest,34.48%(30/87)of the patients had recorded the onset time,12.64%(11/87)of the patients had blood pressure measured at home,and 83.91%(73/87)of the patients had been comforted while waiting for rescue.Conclusion The basic knowledge of stroke is not enough in stroke patients and their caregivers.
