统一战线学学科建设、人才培养现状与优化路径分析

摘　　要：2018年底《社会主义学院工作条例》的出台,为社会主义学院的发展指明了方向。社会主义学院是培养统一战线学人才的高等政治学院,做好统一战线学学科建设和人才培养工作,始终是社院发展的一项战略性、基础性工作。当前统战学人才培养存在吸纳途径单一、转化渠道不畅、生源结构不均等短板。正确认识这些短板,从政策、教学和宣传等方面加强自身建设、畅通衔接渠道、优化培养体制,为统一战线的长足发展夯实基础。With the introduction of the Regulation on Socialism Institution’s Work in 2018,the socialism institution as the higher political institution for training the united front talents has a clear orientation.Disciplinary construction are the strategic and basic tasks for socialism institution.The existing problems of talents cultivation mainly include single way of admission,low transformation channel and imbalance of students’structure.Therefore we should strengthening self-construction,opening the channels and optimizing training system from the aspects of policies,teaching and publicizing to lay solid foundation for the long-term development of the united front.
