摘 要:为筛选和评价小麦耐盐种质,本研究以250 mmol/L NaCl对136份自育小偃麦渗入系(晋麦33/TAI7047//^(*)2京411的F_9~F_(10)家系)及其亲本进行苗期耐盐性鉴定。结果表明,亲本八倍体小偃麦TAI7047的盐害指数为29.26%,表现出很好的耐盐性;而小麦亲本晋麦33和京411则表现为盐敏感,盐害指数分别为63.17%和70.83%。小偃麦渗入系中,耐盐、中耐、敏感、高感材料的数量依次为9、62、62、3份,其中,有6份渗入系的耐盐性(盐害指数31.25%~35.94%)略高于对照品种山融3号(盐害指数38.45%)。分子标记鉴定结果表明,本研究中小偃麦渗入系的耐盐表型与山融3号耐盐基因的连锁标记Xbarc144不相关,鉴定出的耐盐渗入系可能具有新的耐盐位点。In this study,136 wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium introgression lines from F9~F10 populations of Jinmai 33/TAI7047//^(*)2 Jing 411 and their parents were treated with 250 mmol/L NaCl at seedling stage for salt tolerance evaluation.The results showed that the salt damage index of the parent Th.intermedium TAI7047 was 29.26%showing good salt tolerance,while Jinmai 33 and Jing 411 were salt sensitive with the salt damage index as 63.17%and 70.83%,respectively.The number of materials with salt tolerance,moderate tolerance,sensitive and highly sensitive in the introgression lines was 9,62,62 and 3,respectively.The salt tolerance index of six introgression lines(31.25%~35.94%)was slightly higher than that of the control variety Shanrong 3(38.45%).Identification based on molecular marker showed that the salt-tolerant phenotype of the introgression lines in this study was not related to Xbarc144,the linkage marker of the salt-tolerant gene in Shanrong 3,indicating that the resistant wheat-Th.intermedium introgression lines might carry new salt-tolerant sites.
