摘 要:为培育适宜黄淮麦区种植的小麦抗赤霉病品系(种),本研究以含有Fhb1、Fhb2、Fhb4和Fhb5共4个抗赤霉病基因聚合的种质NMAS020为抗源与农艺亲本复交构建的抗赤霉病育种选择群体为试验材料,综合利用农艺性状评价和分子标记辅助选择,创制了55份新品系,并通过单花滴注法评价了其赤霉病抗性。结果发现,不同抗赤霉病基因/QTL、不同抗赤霉病基因/QTL组合对小麦赤霉病抗性表现不一,仅含Fhb1或Fhb4的品系平均感病小穗数明显低于仅含Fhb2或Fhb5的品系及对照品种济麦22,赤霉病抗性较好;含有Fhb2+Fhb5的品系平均感病小穗数和平均感病小穗率表现最低、赤霉病抗性最好,含Fhb1+Fhb2的品系次之,均明显低于含Fhb1+Fhb4和Fhb2+Fhb4的品系抗性。本研究创制的综合农艺性状优良且抗赤霉病新品系济麦8681和济麦8775可作为抗病亲本进一步加以利用。To develop wheat cultivars adapted to the Huanghe-Huaihe River Valley,NMAS020 harboring Fusarium head blight(FHB)resistance genes Fhb1,Fhb2,Fhb4 and Fhb5 was used as the donor parent,which was crossed with Jimai 22 and Shi H083-366 in this study,and 55 new wheat lines were developed by molecular marker-assisted selection and agronomical traits evaluation.The FHB resistance of these lines was evaluated through point inoculation.The results showed that the FHB resistance was quite different among wheat lines with different FHB resistance genes or resistance gene combinations.The number of damaged spikelets(NDS)in wheat lines with only Fhb1 or Fhb4 was significantly lower than that of lines with only Fhb2 or Fhb5 and Jimai 22,suggesting that these lines had good FHB resistance.In addition,the NDS of wheat lines pyramiding Fhb2 and Fhb5 was the lowest showing the best FHB resistance,followed by wheat lines with Fhb1 and Fhb2 pyramided,and their resistance were all lower than that of the lines with Fhb2 and Fhb4 pyramided.Furthermore,two wheat lines,Jimai 8681 and Jimai 8775,with good agronomical traits and FHB resistance were developed and could be further used in wheat FHB resistance breeding program.
