摘  要:干旱和盐胁迫是限制小麦产量和品质的主要非生物因子。抗旱耐盐指标的鉴选对抗旱耐盐品种的选育具有重要指导意义。小麦粒型包括粒长、粒宽、粒厚、千粒重等参数,是较为容易测试的性状。本试验以173个小麦品种(系)为材料,利用谷物种子图像分析仪测得其粒长、粒宽、粒厚及千粒重的数据;用20%PEG溶液(模拟干旱)和150 mmol/L NaCl溶液(模拟盐碱)分别处理种子,于萌发期测定其相对胚芽鞘长、相对根长、相对苗高、相对发芽率和相对鲜重,用综合隶属函数法计算不同品种(系)的抗旱耐盐能力,用SPSS 22.0软件进行粒型与抗旱或耐盐性的相关性分析。结果表明,小麦粒长、粒宽、粒厚、千粒重与抗旱性、耐盐性均不相关。因此,不能简单通过小麦粒型来判定其抗旱或耐盐性。Drought and salt stresses are the main abiotic factors limiting wheat yield and quality.The selection of drought or salt tolerance indexes has important guiding significances for the breeding of drought-or salt-tolerant varieties.Wheat grain shape includes grain length,grain width,grain thickness and 1000-grain weight,which are relatively easy to measure.In this study,the grain shape of 173 wheat varieties(lines)were measured by grain seed image analyzer after treated with 20%PEG solution(simulated drought)or 150 mmol/L NaCl solution(simulated saline).The relative coleoptile length,relative root length,relative seedling height,relative germination percentage and relative fresh weight were measured at germination stage,the drought-resistant or salt-tolerant ability of different varieties were calculated by comprehensive membership function method,and the correlation between grain shape and drought-resistance/salt-tolerance was analyzed by SPSS 22.0.The results showed that grain length,grain width,grain thickness and 1000-grain weight were not related to drought resistance or salt tolerance.Therefore,the drought resistance or salt tolerance of wheat could not be judged simply by its grain shape.
