摘　　要：拉丁美洲是中国迈入新时代、推动构建“人类命运共同体”的重要合作伙伴。近年来,中拉各领域合作势头强劲,共同利益的壮大和同向发展的命运,需要民心相通作为保障。人文交流以其独特的基本特征、丰富的国际视野、独有的中国追求等内涵,成为中拉之间实现文明互鉴、文化共赏的指导理念。虽然中拉之间仍面临着文化异质、机制缺位和曲解误导等三大主要阻碍人文交流的难题,但仍需理性客观分析,看到中拉人文交流的重要意义和广阔前景,坚持从建立健全人文交流机制、学术交流与人才培训并重、转变思路扭转舆情困境和依托市场支持产业发展等主要路径入手,大力推动中拉人文交流,为中拉全领域合作提供坚定的支持和强劲的动力。Latin America is an important partner of China as it enters a new era while building a community with a shared future for mankind.In recent years,China-Latin America cooperation has been gaining momentum.The expansion of common interests and the similarity in development require the support of people-to-people exchanges.With its unique features,international vision,Chinese values and other elements,peopleto-people exchanges have become a guiding concept for mutual appreciation of cultures between China and Latin America.However,there are still three major problems that hinder these exchanges,such as cultural heterogeneity,lack of mechanism and mutual misunderstanding.Therefore,it is necessary,through rational and objective analysis,to recognize the significance and prospects of such exchanges,and to insist on the four main paths of establishing a sound mechanism,giving equal importance to academic exchanges and talent training,reverse the counterproductive public opinions,and relying on the market to support industrial development,so as to vigorously promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Latin America so as to lay a solid foundation for China-Latin America cooperation in all fields.
