湿式电除尘器在人造板行业尾气治理中的应用

摘　　要：目前,人造板行业尾气治理主要以旋风除尘和喷淋洗涤技术为主,除尘效率较低,颗粒物排放浓度普遍在100mg/Nm^(3)以上,无法满足目前的环保要求。本文以西北某木业公司年产25万m^(3)纤维板项目的干燥尾气治理工程为例,对湿式电除尘器在纤维板尾气治理过程中的设计进行了介绍。At present,the tail gas treatment of wood-based panel industry mainly adopts the cyclone dust removal and the spray washing technology.The dust removal efficiency is low,and the discharge at the outlet is generally over 100mg/nm^(3),which cannot meet the existing environmental protection requirements.This paper introduced the design of wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)in the process of fiberboard tail gas treatment by taking the dry tail gas treatment project of a northwestern wood industry company with an annual output of 250,000 m^(3) as an example.
