小型医疗机构医疗废物收运模式改进探讨

摘　　要：我国医疗废物收集处置系统存在重处置、轻收运的问题,其中小型医疗机构收运不及时现象严重。传统的统一收运模式下集中处置单位不能及时上门收运,成为突出的管理短板。近年来,浙江、上海等地试点“小箱进大箱”“定时定点”收运新模式,取得显著成效。文章在分析收运问题的基础上,对收运模式进行评估,并提出大中型医疗机构的医疗废物直接收运、小型医疗废物集中后转运的改进建议。China's medical waste collection and disposal system has the bias toward disposal rather than collection and transportation,and there is a serious phenomenon of delayed collection and transportation among small medical institutions.Under the traditional unified collection and transportation mode,the centralized disposal institutions cannot timely collect and transport,which has become a prominent management shortcoming.In recent years,Zhejiang,Shanghai and other places have piloted the new modes of"small boxes into big box"and the collection and transportation at"appointed time and places",and remarkable results has been achieved in the improvement of collection and transportation services for small institutions.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in collection and transportation,the paper evaluated the collection and transportation modes,and put forward some recommendations for improving the direct collection and transportation mode of medical wastes among large and medium-sized medical institutions and the transfer mode after the concentration of medical wastes among small medical institutions.
