摘　　要：固体废物处理与资源化领域是环保产业的重要细分领域之一,在“十三五”时期发展迅速。为了找出该领域发展态势变化的原因,文章首先构建了固体废物处理与资源化行业发展指数指标体系,并采用中国环境保护产业协会组织的重点企业调查数据,对该行业2015~2019年发展态势进行量化评估,其次采用同期增幅对比法对关键指标进行了解析,最后提出对策建议。The solid waste treatment and recycling industry is one of the important subdivisions of environmental protection industry.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,it developed rapidly,and some indicators changed greatly.In order to find out the reasons for the change of these indicators,this paper first constructed the development index and indicator system of solid waste treatment and recycling industry,and conducted a quantitative assessment of the 2015-2019 development trend of this industry by using the survey data on key enterprises provided by the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry.Then,the year-on-year increase comparison method was adopted to analyze the key indicators.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
