摘 要:为了分析构造深度在沥青路面离析评价中的适用性,首先采用铺砂法检测构造深度,同时结合PQI技术检测压实度并反算空隙率,通过研究构造深度与空隙率之间关系,建立采用构造深度评价沥青路面离析的方法。研究结果表明:标定后PQI测定压实度与表干法实测压实度拟合相关系数R2大于0.92,说明PQI具有较好的检测准确性。AC-25沥青路面空隙率与构造深度拟合相关系数达到0.812,说明二者间存在较好的相关关系。根据拟合方程反算,当空隙率控制在3%~6%时,构造深度应控制在0.46~1.44 mm。下面层构造深度与空隙率相关系数为0.487、上面层为0.633,说明AC-20中面层与SMA-13上面层采用构造深度法进行离析评价并不具备较好的适用性。In order to analyze the applicability of structural depth in the evaluation of asphalt pavement segregation,in the paper,sand paving method is used to detect the structural depth,at the same time,PQI technology is used to detect the compaction degree and calculate the void ratio,by studying the relationship between the structural depth and the void ratio,the method of structural depth evaluation asphalt pavement segregation is established.The results show that the correlation coefficient between the measured compaction degree PQI calibration and the measured compaction degree R 2 is greater than 0.92,which indicates that the PQI has better detection accuracy.The correlation coefficient between void ratio of asphalt pavement AC-25and structure depth fitting reaches 0.812,showing that there is a good correlation between them.According to the fitting equation,the construction depth should be controlled at 0.46~1.44mm when the void ratio is controlled at 3%and 6%.The correlation coefficient between the structural depth and void ratio of the lower layer is 0.487and the upper layer is 0.633,which indicates that the segregation evaluation of the AC-20middle layer and the upper layer of the SMA-13layer by the structural depth method is not suitable.
