摘　　要：严寒地区因所处纬度高,冬长夏短,一年中大部分时间被冰雪覆盖,其高速公路景观与四季常绿的南方城市相比,常给人以萧条冷落的感觉。以可持续发展理念为指导思想,运用公共艺术的形式语言、主题表达、审美品格等设计手段,协调隧道建设与环境资源的平衡统一,并以鹤大高速公路回头沟隧道工程为例,提出严寒地区高速公路隧道洞门景观设计在考虑其地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造、隧道结构特征的基础上,应融入更多的文化精神和象征意义,使严寒地区高速公路隧道洞门设计在具有功能性、实用性的同时,又具有一定的社会文化价值。The severe cold area is featured with long duration of winter and short duration of summer due to its high latitude,where is covered by the snow and ice for most of the time.Compared with the highway landscape that is green all the year round in southern cities,the views for the cold areas expressway make people feel depressed and deserted.In the paper,sustainable development concept being the guiding ideology,through the design means of the formal language,theme expression,a esthetic character and other design methods of public art to coordinate the balance and unification of tunnel construction and environmental resources,the Huitougou Tunnel project on the Hegang-Dalian Expressway as an example.It is put forward that the landscape design of highway tunnel portals in severe cold areas should take into account the topography and geomorphology,stratum lithology,geological structure,and tunnel structure characteristics.More cultural spirit and symbolic significance should be incorporated into the design of highway tunnel portals in severe cold areas,so that when the portal of tunnel is functional and practical,it also has a certain social and cultural value.
