摘  要:文章从棉纤维改性预处理、超临界流体极性调节和专用染料合成3个方面,综述了近年来涤棉混纺织物在超临界CO_2流体中染色的研究进展。通过分析比较超临界CO_2流体染色技术的优势与不足,发现采用专用染料实现涤棉混纺织物在超临界CO_2中一步染色具有广阔的应用前景,通过进一步总结近年来不同种类专用染料染色效果,指出超临界CO_2流体染色技术应进一步加强专用染料开发研究,以促进涤棉混纺织物超临界CO_2流体无水染色技术的进步与发展。The paper summarizes the recent research progress of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing for polyester/cotton blended fabrics from three aspects,that is,modification pretreatment of cotton fiber,supercritical fluid polarity adjustment and special dye synthesis.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing technology,it is found that one step dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabric with special dye in supercritical carbon dioxide has a broad application prospect.By further summarizing the dyeing effects of different types of special dyes in recent years,it is pointed out that the development and research of special dyes for the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing technology should be further strengthened to promote the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid anhydrous dyeing technology of polyester/cotton blended fabrics.
