多层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年1月我院收治的主动脉夹层患者40例,经过多层螺旋CT血管造影诊断。结果:DebakeyI型有17例,占比42.5%;DebakeyII型2例,占比5.0%;DebakeyIII型21例,占比52.5%;多层螺旋CT血管造影检测破口阳性37例,占比92.5%。结论:在主动脉夹层诊断中,多层螺旋CT血管造影操作简单,对患者的创伤小,更好的诊断出主动脉夹层,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To analyze the application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods:40 patients with aortic dissection admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected and diagnosed by MSCT angiography.Results:there were 17 cases of DebakeyI type, accounting for 42.5%. DebakeyII type 2(5.0%);DebakeyIII type 21 cases, accounting for 52.5%;Multislice CT angiography showed positive rupture in 37 cases, accounting for 92.5%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of aortic dissection, MSCT angiography is simple, less trauma to the patients, better diagnosis of aortic dissection, should be further promoted in clinical application.
