摘 要:目的:研究最适合诊断膝关节半月板病变的MR扫描序列,为临床检查膝关节半月板损伤的提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2020年6月期间在中山市古镇人民医院,图像经医师判读后,认定有半月板损伤者58例的临床资料。评价冠状切面的三种不同波序(快速自旋回波T1 FSE、扰相快速自旋回波T2 FrFSE、质子密度加脂肪抑磁共振制PD FS)诊断膝关节半月板损伤的价值。结果:经Tukey法的多重比较分析结果得知,质子密度加脂肪抑制(PD FS)与扰相快速自旋回波(T2 FrFSE),两者的显著性水平为P<0.05,认为有统计学意义。结论:半月板因缺乏参与MR成像的游离氢原子核(质子),故在所有MR序列中均呈低信号,当膝关节半月板损伤时,半月板才会出现异常的高信号,此次研究结果,最适合膝关节半月板损伤的扫描序列为质子密度加脂肪抑制(PD FS)序列,因其去除了脂肪组织信号的影响,更提高了半月板损伤的诊断率。Objective:To study the most suitable MR scan sequence for the diagnosis of knee meniscus lesions,and to provide a reference for clinical examination of knee meniscus injuries.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 58 patients with meniscus injury after the image was interpreted by the doctor in Guzhen People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from January 2020 to June 2020.To evaluate the value of three different wave orders in the coronal section(fast spin echo T1 FSE,spoiled fast spin echo T2 FrFSE,proton density plus fat suppression magnetic resonance PD FS)for the diagnosis of knee meniscus injury.Results:According to the multiple comparison analysis results of Tukey method,the proton density plus fat suppression(PD FS)and spoiled fast spin echo(T2 FrFSE),the significance level of the two is P<0.05,which is considered statistically significant.Conclusion:Due to the lack of free hydrogen nuclei(protons)involved in MR imaging,the meniscus presents a low signal in all MR sequences.When the knee meniscus is injured,the abnormal high signal will appear in the meniscus.This study As a result,the most suitable scan sequence for knee meniscus injury is the proton density plus fat suppression(PD FS)sequence,which removes the effect of adipose tissue signals and improves the diagnosis rate of meniscus injury.
