摘 要:目的:比较MRI与CT对股骨头坏死(ONFH)的诊断效能。方法:以2019年6月~2020年6月我院收治的80例ONFH患者为研究对象,先进行MRI检查,再进行CT检查,比较MRI与CT对不同临床分期ONFH、早期阳性特征的检出率。结果:MRI对1期ONFH的检出率(100.00%vs 53.85%)及总检出率(91.25%vs 72.50%)明显高于CT(P<0.05);MRI对ONFH早期阳性特征单一囊变(78.75%vs 53.75%)、骨髓水肿(87.50%vs 66.25%)、骨梁结构模糊(87.50%vs 62.50%)、线样征(85.00%vs 60.00%)的检出率明显高于CT(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对ONFH的诊断效能优于CT,特别是对于ONFH早期阳性特征。Objective:To compare the diagnostic efficiency between MRI and CT on osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).Methods:A total of 80 ONFH patients were studied in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.An MRI examination was performed before a CT examination.The detection rate of ONFH in different clinical stages and early positive characteristics were compared between MRI and CT.Results:The detection rate(100.00%vs 53.85%)of ONFH in phase 1 and the total detection rate(91.25%vs 72.50%)by MRI was significantly higher than by CT(P<0.05).The detection rate of early positive ONFH characteristics such as single cystic lesion(78.75%vs 53.75%),bone marrow edema(87.50%vs 66.25%),blurred bone beam structure(87.50%vs 62.50%),and linear pattern(85.00%vs 60.00%)by MRI was significantly higher than that by CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic efficiency of MRI was superior to CT on ONFH,especially for the early positive characteristics of ONFH.
