阴囊汗孔角化病6例

摘　　要：报告6例阴囊汗孔角化病。6例患者发病年龄分布于24~59岁,其中5例发病年龄在24~34岁。临床均表现为阴囊斑块,2例为单发皮疹,4例为多发皮疹,其中1例同时累及阴囊及臀部;临床无症状者2例,伴瘙痒者4例。组织病理均表现为角化过度伴柱状角化不全,角化不全柱下方可见角化不良细胞,棘层增生肥厚;真皮浅层见淋巴细胞、组织细胞浸润。6例患者均诊断为汗孔角化病。2例单发者均予以手术切除,2例外用维A酸类药物,1例短期口服阿维A治疗,1例拒绝治疗。We reported six cases of genitogluteal porokeratosis involving the scrotum.The age of onset of 6 patients was from 24 to 59 years old.The age of onset of 5 of these 6 patients was 24 to 34 years old.All 6 patients presented as scrotal plaques.Two patients had solitary lesion,and the other 4 patients had multiple lesions.One patient had lesions involving in both scrotum and buttocks.Two cases were asymptomatic;4 cases were accompanied by itching.Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis.There was column of parakeratosis with loss of granular layer and dyskerato-sis,forming cornoid lamella.A patchy lymphohistiocytic infiltrate was noted in the superficial dermis.All 6 cases were diag-nosed as porokeratosis.Two patients with single plaque were treated with surgical resection;2 patients were treated with topical tretinoin,1 patient was treated with short-term oral acitretin,and 1 patient refused treatment.
