摘 要:为改善汉麻纤维可纺性,在棉纺设备上纺制了不同混纺比的汉麻锦纶混纺纱,并测试了各组纱线的质量指标。测试结果表明:锦纶的加入可以明显改善混纺纱的成纱质量,且包混的汉麻锦纶混纺纱的综合性能总体优于条混的汉麻锦纶混纺纱。认为:当锦纶含量为75%,且采用包混时,混纺纱展现出较为优异的性能,成纱强伸性能好、条干均匀、毛羽少。In order to improve the spinnability of hemp fiber,the hemp polyamide blended yarn with different blending ratios were spun on cotton spinning equipment.The quality indexes of each group of yarns were tested.The test results showed that the adding of polyamide could improve the yarn quality of blended yarn.And the comprehensive property of package blending hemp polyamide blended yarn was better than that of the sliver blending hemp polyamide blended yarn.It is considered that the package blending blended yarn show excellent properties when the polyamide content is 75%.The yarn has better strength&elongation,more uniform evenness and less hairiness.
