摘　　要：探讨在棉纺设备上纺制汉麻27.8 tex纱的工艺优化措施。通过对化学脱胶后的汉麻纤维进行牵切、梳棉试验机2次开松、焖包处理等预处理优化后,合理优选出各道棉纺设备上的纺纱工艺参数及配置,成功纺制出汉麻27.8 tex纱,并对成纱质量指标进行对比分析。结果表明:在棉纺设备的成纱三角区添加雾化加湿装置纺制的纯汉麻纱质量优于三角区未添加雾化加湿装置和后区添加雾化加湿装置。认为:本研究所纺制的纯汉麻纱表面光洁、条干均匀,提升了汉麻产品的应用价值。The measures to optimize processing of pure hemp 27.8 tex yarn on cotton spinning equipment were discussed.By optimizing the pre-treatment of hemp fibers after chemical degumming like stretch-breaking,opening twice on cotton carding machine,packet braised treatment and so on,the spinning parameters and configuration in each process of cotton spinning machines were reasonably optimized.Pure hemp 27.8 tex yarn was successfully spun.The yarn quality indexes were compared and analyzed.The test results showed that the quality of hemp yarns spun on cotton spinning equipment adding atomizing and humidifying device in the yarn forming triangle area was better than that spun without atomizing and humidifying device in the yarn forming triangle area or adding atomizing and humidifying device in back area.It is considered that the pure hemp yarn spun in the study has smooth surface and uniform evenness.The application value of hemp products is improved.
