摘 要:针对黏合剂在改善成纱强力的同时伴随纱线手感僵硬的问题,建立芯层黏合纺纱技术。分析了影响芯层黏合纺纱线力学性能的成纱关键机制,并探究了黏合剂质量分数、给液速率和压实捻度等主要因素对芯层黏合纺纱线应力调控行为。结果表明:芯层与外层间固化的黏合剂增加了界面结合强力,消除了短纤维在长丝表面滑脱的可能,其中黏合剂质量分数3%、给液速率0.3 mL/min和压实捻度60捻/10 cm下芯层黏合纺所纺纱线强力最高,较普通环锭纺提高了20.8%;此外,对比传统环锭纺与表层黏合纺,发现芯层黏合纺在提高纱线强力的同时,保留了传统环锭纺织物的手感。认为:芯层黏合纺纱技术可解决成纱高强与柔软无法同时满足的技术难题。Aimed at the problem of using adhesive to improve the yarn strength but leading to hard hand feeling of the yarn,core bonded spinning technology was established.The key mechanism that affected the strength of core bonded spun yarn was analyzed.The stress control action of main factors like mass fraction of adhesive,feeding speed,compacting twist and so on for corn bonded yarn were explored.The test results showed that the interface bonding strength was enhanced by the solidified adhesive between core layer and outside layer.The possibility of short fiber slipping from filament surface was eliminated.When the mass fraction of adhesive was 3%,the liquid feeding speed was 0.3 mL/min and the compressing twist was 60 twist/10 cm,the strength of core bonded spun yarn was the highest.Compared with common ring spun yarn,strength was improved 20.8%.Besides,comparing the traditional ring spinning and surface bonded spinning,it was found that the hand feeling of traditional ring spun fabric was retained and the yarn strength of core bonded yarn was improved.It is considered that the core bonded spinning technology can solve the technical problem of yarn strength improvement and softness can not be satisfied at the same time.
