摘 要:探究织物结构参数对电磁屏蔽效能的影响。利用TexGen构建织物结构的三维模型,在ANSYS Electronics软件中进行电磁仿真,通过模拟计算织物防护前后人体组织模拟液模型的表面电场强度变化,得出织物的电磁屏蔽效能,分析织物厚度、织物相对磁导率、导电纱线排列对电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:织物的屏蔽效能随织物厚度的增加而逐渐增强,随着电磁波频率的升高,织物厚度对电磁屏蔽效能的影响逐渐降低;电磁屏蔽效能随着相对磁导率的增加而逐渐增强,电磁屏蔽效能的变化随织物相对磁导率的升高而逐渐减慢;织物与电场向量方向平行织入导电纱线的屏蔽效能要优于织物与电场向量方向垂直织入导电纱线的屏蔽效能。模拟织物防护前后人体组织模拟液模型的电场强度变化可有效评价织物的屏蔽效能。The influence of fabric structure parameter on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was explored.TexGen was used to build the three-dimensional model of fabric structure.Electromagnetic simulation was performed in ANSYS Electronics software.By simulating and calculating the variation of surface field strength of human tissue simulation liquid model before and after fabric protection,the influences of fabric thickness,fabric relative permeability,conductive yarn arrangement on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were analyzed.The test results showed that the fabric shielding effectiveness was enhanced as the increase of fabric thickness.As the increase of electromagnetic wave frequency,the influence of fabric thickness on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was gradually decreased.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was strengthened step by step as the increase of relative permeability.The change of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was gradually slow as the increase relative permeability.The shielding effectiveness was better when fabrics were woven with conductive yarn in parallel with electric field vector quantity than that conductive yarn in vertical with electric field vector quantity.The fabric shielding effectiveness can be effectively evaluated by simulating the variation of field strength human tissue simulation liquid model before and after fabric protection.
