摘 要:探讨铁铬铝电热丝的加入对织物刚柔性、液态水分管理能力和保温隔热性的影响。设计织造了铁铬铝电热丝和中空涤纶纱配比分别为1∶3、1∶5、1∶7、1∶9的织物,测试了各电发热织物的刚柔性、液态水分管理能力和保温隔热性能。结果表明:随着铁铬铝电热丝植入数量的增加,织物发热性能增强,但电发热织物变得硬挺,保温率降低。认为:铁铬铝电热丝和中空涤纶合股纱的配比为1∶7时织造出的织物适于用作防寒服里层面料。Effect of adding Fe-Cr-Al electric heating filament on fabric rigidity and flexibility,liquid moisture management ability and heat preservation was discussed.Fabrics with Fe-Cr-Al electric heating filament and hollow polyester yarns in ratios of 1∶3,1∶5,1∶7 and 1∶9 were designed and woven.Rigidity and flexibility,liquid moisture management ability and heat preservation of each electric heating fabric were tested.The results showed that as the increase of Fe-Cr-Al electric heating filament implanting number,heating property of the fabric was enhanced,but electric heating fabric became stiff and heat preservation rate was decreased.It is considered that when the ratio of Fe-Cr-Al electric heating filament and hollow polyester yarn is 1∶7,woven fabric is suitable for the inner layer fabric of cold-proof clothing.
