全固定盖板梳棉机的创新设计及实践

摘　　要：探讨全固定盖板梳棉机的创新设计及其纺纱效果。解析了踵趾差齿条结构、齿形和棉网清洁器结构的创新设计,以及对全固定盖板梳棉机梳理质量的影响。采用全固定盖板梳棉机(双列齿条、踵趾差齿条)与活动盖板梳棉机分别纺制莫代尔纱和棉纱,并对其成纱质量进行了对比试验。试验表明:全固定盖板梳棉机踵趾差齿条结构固定盖板的梳理质量优于双列齿条结构固定盖板,达到或略优于活动盖板梳棉机的梳理质量。认为:踵趾差齿条和棉网清洁器的创新设计显著改善和提升了全固定盖板梳棉机梳理质量,使全固定盖板梳棉机的适用范围进一步拓宽,优势发挥凸显。Innovative design of full stationary flat carding machine and its spinning effect were discussed.Innovative design of heel toe difference rack structure,rack shape and web cleaner structure were analyzed,as well as the influence on carding quality of full stationary flat carding machine.Yarn quality of modal yarn and pure cotton yarn which were spun by full stationary flat carding machine(double row rack and heel toe difference rack)and movable flat carding machine respectively were compared and tested.The test showed that carding quality of full stationary flat carding machine with heel toe difference rack structure was better than that full stationary flat carding machine with double row rack structure,which was equal to or slightly better than that of movable flat carding machine.It is considered that through innovative design of heel toe difference rack and web cleaner,carding quality of full stationary flat carding machine is significantly improved and enhanced,which further broadens application scope of full stationary flat carding machine and highlights its advantages.
