摘 要:探讨生物基石墨烯改性莫代尔纤维混纺纱线的开发技术。介绍了生物基石墨烯改性莫代尔、棉、羊毛的纤维性能指标,分析了纱线产品混纺比的设计原则,通过纺前纤维养生处理和各工序关键工艺参数的优化,最终成功开发出棉/生物基石墨烯改性莫代尔/羊毛60/30/1027.8 tex×2针织纱线,并对混纺纱线及其针织物分别进行了物理性能和抗菌性能测试。测试结果表明:混纺纱线的强伸性能、条干均匀度、起球等质量指标均达到了优等品要求,其针织面料的抗菌性能优良,为功能性针织面料的开发提供了参考。Development technology of biobased graphene modified Modal fiber blended yarn was discussed.Property indicators of biobased graphene modified Modal,cotton and wool were introduced,blending ratio design principle of yarn product were analyzed.Through fiber treatment before spinning and optimization of key technology parameters in each process,cotton/biobased graphene modified Modal/wool 60/30/1027.8 tex×2 knitting yarn was successfully developed.Physical property and antibacterial property of the blended yarn and its knitting fabric were tested.The test results showed that quality indicators of the blended yarn,such as strength and elongation,evenness and pilling,all meet the requirements of superior products.The knitting fabric has excellent antibacterial property,which provides a reference for the development of functional knitting fabrics.
