摘　　要：从生产线牛仔色纱打样、短流程牛仔色纱打样两方面,总结牛仔靛蓝染色技术的研究进展。分析了靛蓝牛仔色纱染色机理;介绍了生产线牛仔色纱打样方法,包括轴经染色、球经染色和筒子纱染色,并分析了其存在的问题。介绍了短流程牛仔色纱打样方法,其主流设备有立缸染色机、喷缸染色机、短流程染浆一体机。认为:短流程牛仔色纱打样具有显著优势,同时指出了其发展方向。From aspects of production line denim colored yarn sampling and short process denim colored yarn sampling,research progress of denim indigo dyeing technology was summarized.Dyeing mechanism of indigo denim colored yarn was analyzed.Sampling method of production line denim colored yarn was introduced,including warp beam dyeing,ball warp dyeing and cheese dyeing,the existed problems were analyzed.Sampling method of short process denim colored yarn was introduced.Its mainstream equipment including vertical cylinder dyeing machine,jet cylinder dyeing machine and short process dyeing-sizing combined machine.It is considered that short-process denim colored yarn sampling has obvious advantages,its development direction is pointed out at the same time.
