摘  要:为解决脱硫项目中烟囱雨问题,以中国石油乌鲁木齐石化化肥厂锅炉烟气超低排放改造项目的烟囱内的旋流板为研究对象,通过求解Standard k-ε模型和DPM离散项模型,对旋流板的气液分离特性和阻力特性进行数值仿真。结果表明:该系统在60%负荷运行时,排烟量为330000 m^(3)/h,烟囱内壁附近烟气最高流速达20.3 m/s,易导致壁面液滴二次携带。因此,在原旋流板结构基础上,设计2种方案进行结构优化,并进行气液分离特性和阻力特性对比,优化结构的壁面附近烟气流速降低14.7%,代价为压损增大8.5%,可在一定程度削弱二次携带作用。改变优化后结构的叶片倾角和叶片数目,结果表明:烟气流量为330000 m^(3)/h的前提下,叶片数目为32,叶片倾角为26°的叶片布置方式可同时得到较好的气液分离特性和阻力特性。In order to solve the problem of stack rain in the operation of desulfurization project,by taking the swirling plate in the stack of the ultra-low emission reconstruction project of boiler flue gas in Urumqi chemical fertilizer plant of PetroChina as the research object,the gas-liquid separation characteristics and resistance characteristics of the swirl plate is numerically simulated by solving the Standard k-εmodel and DPM discrete term model.The results show that the maximum velocity of flue gas near the inner wall of the stack is 20.3 m/s when the system with 330000 m^(3)/h exhaust gas operates at 60%load,which tends to cause secondary entrainment of the droplets on the wall.Therefore,on the basis of the original swirl plate structure,two schemes are designed to optimize the structure,and the gas-liquid separation characteristics and resistance characteristics are compared with the original structure.The flue gas flow velocity of the optimized structure is reduced near the wall by 14.7%,which can weaken the secondary entrainment effect to a certain extent,at the cost of increasing the pressure loss by 8.5%.By changing the inclination angle and number of blades of the structure after optimization,the results show that under the premise of flue gas flow rate of 330000 m^(3)/h,the better gas-liquid separation characteristics and resistance characteristics can be obtained simultaneously when the number of blades is 32 and the angle of blade is 26°.
