摘 要:低压断路器是低压配电系统的核心部件,低压断路器的功能和性能是否正常,直接影响到配电系统的安全,进而影响整体系统的安全性。目前行业内对低压断路器脱扣特性影响因素的研究主要针对的是物项本身的设计及实现,但对低压断路器在实际试验验证过程中,影响脱扣特性的外界因素的研究维度并不是非常全面,因此开展低压断路器热磁脱扣特性影响因素的试验验证工作有很大的必要性。本文主要通过分析低压断路器工作原理,总结出影响低压断路器热磁脱扣特性的因素,然后通过试验验证的方式进行论证,证明分析结论的正确性。Low-voltage circuit breaker is the core component of low-voltage distribution system. Whether the function and performance of low-voltage circuit breaker are normal or not directly affects the safety of distribution system and then affects the safety of the whole system. At present, the research on the influencing factor of low voltage circuit breaker tripping characteristics focuses on design and realization of the items itself, but in the process of low voltage circuit breaker in the actual test, the external factors influencing the tripping characteristics research dimensions is not very comprehensive, so it is necessary carry out the thermal magnetic low-voltage circuit breaker tripping characteristics influence factors of test work. This paper mainly analyzes the working principle of low-voltage circuit breaker, summarizes the factors that affect the characteristics of low-voltage circuit breaker thermo-magnetic trip, and then proves the correctness of the analysis conclusion through experimental verification.
