摘　　要：深入研究习近平法治思想中有关国际法治的内容对全面推进依法治国,统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治具有重要意义。这些内容以构建人类命运共同体为核心理念,该理念具有丰富的国际法内涵和重大的国际法意义。习近平法治思想中的国际立法、执法、司法理念主要包括推进国际立法民主化、国际执法严格化、国际司法公正化。习近平法治思想中的国内法治与国际法治互动理念主要包括统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治、完善涉外法律法规体系、强化涉外法律服务、加强国际法治合作、运用法治思维和方式处理国际事务、加快推进我国法域外适用的法律体系建设。习近平法治思想中的加强国际法教育、研究和运用理念主要包括创新涉外法治人才培养机制及加强国际法的研究和运用。The content of international rule of law in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. In-depth research on it is of great significance for comprehensively promote law-based governance and for implementing domestic and foreign-related rule of law. The content is based on the core idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind which has rich international law implications and significance. The idea of international legislation, international law enforcement, and international judicature in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law mainly includes the promotion of democratization of international legislation, strictness of international law enforcement, and fairness of international judicature. The idea of the interaction between the domestic and the international rule of law in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law mainly includes coordinately promoting the domestic and foreign-related rule of law, improving the system offoreign-related laws and regulations, strengthening foreign-related legal services, strengthening international cooperation in the rule of law, using rule of law thinking and methods to handle international affairs, and accelerating the construction of the legal system applicable outside the jurisdiction. The idea of the education, research, and application of international law in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law mainly includes innovating the training mechanism offoreign-related legal talents and strengthening the research and application of international law.
