新冠肺炎疫情背景下农业科技期刊影响探析

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒的暴发给各行各业的生存和发展都带来了深远影响。就农业科技期刊而言,疫情延缓了期刊出版进程、强化了期刊的公益性和社会服务功能、对期刊的出版方式和内容提出了更高要求。本文以《安徽农业科学》为例,剖析了该刊新冠疫情期间编辑出版工作面临的来稿数量减少、线上办公协作不畅、人员情绪不稳定等困难,介绍了该刊为保障刊物的正常、平稳出版采取的加强防疫抗疫宣传、做好相关防疫保障、有序复工复产、稿源与生产两手抓等一系列措施,以期为广大科技期刊同行提供借鉴。The outbreak of novel coronavirus has brought far-reaching impacts to the survival and development of all walks of life.As far as agricultural sci-tech periodicals are concerned,the epidemic situation has delayed the publishing process of periodicals,strengthened the public welfare and social service functions of periodicals,and put forward higher requirements for the publishing methods and contents of periodicals.Taking Anhui Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the editorial and publishing work during the new epidemic period,such as the reduction of the number of contributions,the poor online office cooperation,and the unstable mood of the staff.It also introduces the measures taken by the journal to ensure the normal and stable publication,such as strengthening the propaganda of epidemic prevention and anti epidemic,doing a good job in epidemic prevention,orderly resumption of work and production,and paying attention to both manuscript source and production a series of measures,in order to provide reference for the majority of scientific and technological journals.
