气排球对提高高校体育教育专业学生排球垫球技术学习效果的实验研究

摘　　要：排球是体育教育专业的普修课程,但是经过近些年的排球教学笔者发现学生学习后学习效果较差,尤其是排球中最基本最简单的垫球技术。气排球是近些年比较流行的球类项目,气排球因其独特的材质和技术特点能够让更多的人群进行学习和锻炼。因此笔者通过查阅文献后进行教学实验研究,通过研究发现将气排球引入体育教育专业排球普修垫球技术教学能够提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,同时有助于学生掌握垫球技术动作的技术要领,尤其是对提高双人对垫球学习效果具有显著性。Volleyball is a general course for physical education major, but after volleyball teaching in recent years, the author found that the learning effect of students is poor, especially the most basic and simplest cushion technology in volleyball. Air volleyball is a popular ball game in recent years. Because of its unique material and technical characteristics, air volleyball can let more people learn and exercise. Therefore, through literature review, the author found that the introduction of gas volleyball into volleyball teaching in general course of physical education can improve students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning, and help students master the technical essentials of dunking.
