摘 要:聚合物溶液在进入地层过程中受到近井地带的强烈剪切,造成聚合物的溶液性能发生巨大的变化。本文采用吴茵混调器对两种含有不同质量分数疏水基团的疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAPAM)溶液进行剪切。实验结果表明:随着剪切速度的增加,剪切后的两种聚合物溶液,其表观黏度、特性黏度及平均粒径逐渐减小;聚合物疏水基团含量越多,在相同剪切速率下的抗剪切能力越强。以上结果也表明,在高速剪切下,对于疏水缔合聚合物来说,增加一定的疏水单体含量,能够增加聚合物溶液的性能。when the polymer solution entered the formation,it was severely sheared by the near-well zone,which caused a huge change in the performance of the polymer solution.In this paper,the Wu Yin mixer was used to shear two hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide(HAPAM)solutions containing different mass fractions of hydrophobic groups.The experimental results showed that with the increase of the shear rate,the apparent viscosity,intrinsic viscosity and average particle size of the two polymer solutions after shearing gradually decreased;The more hydrophobic group content of the polymer,the stronger the shear resistance under the same shear rate.The above results also showed that under high-speed shear,for hydrophobically associating polymers,increased a certain hydrophobic monomer content could increase the performance of the polymer solution.
