摘  要:目的:对耳叶黑柴胡进行生药学研究。方法:采用性状、显微及理化鉴别的方法。结果:耳叶黑柴胡根为圆锥形,表面呈黑褐色或棕褐色,有纵沟,易折断,断面平坦;栓内层及韧皮部油管较多,常连成带状,导管多为网纹;薄层色谱中以乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水(8∶2∶1)为展开剂,10批不同产地耳叶黑柴胡样品与对照品在相应位置显相同颜色斑点。结论:本研究所建立方法为耳叶黑柴胡的开发利用、质量标准的建立提供依据。Objective:To study the pharmacognosy identification of Bupleurum smithii var.Auriculatum.Methods:Microscopic identification,microscopic identification and physicochemical identification were adopted.Results:The shape of Bupleurum smithii var.Auriculatum root was conical,the surface was dark brown or brown.There were many longitudinal trenches on the surface of root,and it can be broken off easily,meanwhile,surface on the cross section was flat.Many tubing cells were arranged in ribbons,including reticulated vessels,which were distributed in phelloderm and phloem.Most of vessels are reticular.[Ethyl acetate-ethanol–water(8∶2∶1,W/W)]was taken as developer,10 batches of Bupleurum smithii var.Auriculatum coming from different places showed the same color spots in the same position with the TLC of reference substance.Conclusion:The method established was simple,accurate and reliable.The method is easy to operate and has good reproducibility.It provides a basis for the development and utilization of Bupleurum smithii var.Auriculatum and the establishment of quality standard.
