摘　　要：目的:挖掘名老中医吴元重治疗儿科疾病的用药特点及规律。方法:检索文献资料,阅读吴元重临床病案,对吴元重的临床经验及方剂药物进行分析与归纳,总结吴元重治疗儿科疾病中医用药规律。结果:吴元重主任医师对小儿肺炎、肾炎、肝炎、病毒性心肌炎等都颇有见解,治病时讲究辨证和辨病结合,讲究同一疾病的不同时期采用不同的治疗方法,重视疾病恢复期的调理。结论:吴元重治疗儿科疾病,重视中西医学术古为今用,精益求精,其选方精当,用药轻灵,辩证论治,慎用攻伐,重视调理气机,经验颇多。Objective:To explore the characteristics and rules of medicine used by Wu Yuanzhong,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,in the treatment of pediatric diseases.Methods:The literature was searched,the clinical records of Wu Yuanzhong were read,the clinical experience and prescriptions of Wu Yuanzhong were analyzed and summarized,and the rules of TCM medication in the treatment of pediatric diseases by Wu Yuanzhong were summarized.Results:Chief doctor Wu Yuanzhong had some views on children’s pneumonia,nephritis,hepatitis,viral myocarditis,etc.He paid attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in treating the disease,paid attention to different treatment methods in different periods of the same disease,and paid attention to the recuperation of the disease.Conclusion:In the treatment of pediatric diseases,Wu Yuanzhong paid much attention to the academic research of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the present,and kept improving.
