摘  要:利用外接法测量半导体发光二极管的伏安特性,绘制伏安特性曲线图。应用Excel软件线性拟合求出LED的截止电压,代入公式计算其峰值波长。运用分光计测量LED一级衍射角度,测量LED波长范围。结果LED峰值波长完美落在其波长范围内,证明实验的可行性。文章使用实验室基础仪器、原理浅显易懂、操作简单,可作为学生设计性实验项目。The volt-ampere characteristic of semiconductor light-emitting diode is measured by external method,and the volt-ampere characteristic curve is drawn.The cutoff voltage of LED is calculated by linear fitting with Excel software,and the peak wavelength is calculated by the formula.The first order diffraction angle of LED was measured by spectrometer and the wavelength range of LED was measured.As a result,the peak wavelength of LED fell perfectly within its wavelength range,which proved the feasibility of the experiment.In this paper,the basic laboratory instruments are used,the principle is easy to understand and the operation is simple,so it can be used as a designed experimental project for students.
