摘 要:农村电网受用户点分散、电源点布点少以及电网构架单一等因素影响,配网线路之间联络性较差,部分联络线路之间存在30°的相位角差,无法进行合环热倒工作。该类线路倒闸操作必定会造成线路用户的短时停电,操作过程中设备一旦发生异常,用户的停电时间就会进一步延长,大大降低供电可靠性。针对这一问题,文章对配网线路存在相位角差的原因进行了分析,并在现有电网构架的基础上,对并入移相变压器这一消除相位角差的方法进行经济性核算,通过经济比对,探究消除农村电网线路相位角差的最佳方案,从而实现坚强电网的战略目标。Due to the influence of scattered user points,too few power supply points and single grid structure,the connection between distribution lines is poor.There is a phase angle difference of 30°between some contact lines,which makes it impossible to carry out the loop closing heat reverse work.This kind of line switching operation will certainly cause short-time power failure.Once the equipment is abnormal in the operation process,the power failure time will be further extended and the power supply reliability will be reduced.In order to solve this problem,the reason of phase angle difference in distribution network is analyzed in this paper.On the basis of the existing power grid architecture,the economic accounting of the method of eliminating phase angle difference by merging phase shift transformer is carried out.Through economic comparison,this paper aims to explore the best scheme to eliminate the phase difference of the rural power network,so as to realize the strategic goal of a strong power grid.
