吡喹酮治疗牦牛多头蚴疗效观察

摘　　要：牦牛多头蚴病又被称为包虫病,是青海地区放牧牦牛发生流行的一种体内寄生虫病,具有很高的发病率和致死率。该类传染性疾病属于人畜共患病,一方面会威胁牛的健康生长,另一方面还会威胁当地农牧民群众的身体健康,如果没有做好针对性的驱虫和治疗工作,人感染包虫病的概率极大增加。长期以来,牦牛多头蚴病治疗主要采用手术摘除包囊的方法,但是由于手术属于侵入性操作,技术难度较大,难以在广大农牧地区推广应用。吡喹酮作为一种高效驱虫类药物,在治疗脑多头蚴方面有着不错的效果。为更好地控制该类传染性疾病发生流行,该文主要探讨吡喹酮治疗牦牛多头蚴病的临床效果。Polyhedrosis of yaks,also known as hydatid disease,is a kind of internal parasitic disease of grazing yaks in Qinghai province,which has high morbidity and mortality.The infectious disease is part of the zoonosis,which threatens the health of cattle on the one hand,and the health of local farmers and herders on the other,if targeted deworming and treatment are not done properly,the probability of human infection with hydatid disease is greatly increased.For a long time,the treatment of multiheaded cercariae disease of yak mainly adopts the method of removing the cyst by operation,but it is difficult to spread and apply in the agricultural and pastoral areas because of the invasive operation.Praziquantel,as a highly effective insecticide,has a good effect in the treatment of cercariae.In order to better control the occurrence and prevalence of infectious disease,the clinical effect of praziquantel on yak multicercariosis was studied.
