摘　　要：近年我国养殖业获得长足发展,其中鸡的生态放养方式逐渐被养殖户所看重。为更好地提升鸡肉的品质,对于鸡生态放养延长饲养期的养殖方式中的每一步环节都要严格把控,确保鸡养殖生产的可监控、可追溯。In recent years,China's aquaculture has made great progress,in which the ecological stocking of chickens has gradually been valued by farmers.In order to improve the quality of chicken,every step should be strictly controlled to ensure that the production of chicken can be monitored and traceable.
