摘　　要：猪皮炎肾病综合症是仔猪养殖中很容易发生流行的一类病毒性传染性疾病,临床上患病猪主要表现为体表皮肤出现红斑、丘疹、结节和坏死点,肾脏严重肿大。猪皮炎肾病综合症会引发不同年龄的猪出现死亡,患病猪生长发育受到严重影响,再加上存在严重的免疫抑制,很容易激发感染多种细菌性疾病和病毒性疾病,使临床症状复杂。该文探讨猪皮炎肾病综合症的流行特点、临床症状、病理变化,并根据一个养殖场的发病动态进行了有效的疾病诊断,提出相应的防治方案。Porcine dermatitis nephrotic syndrome is a kind of viral infectious disease that easily occurs in piglet breeding.The clinical manifestations of infected pigs are erythema,papules,nodules and necrotic spots on the surface of the skin,and serious enlargement of the kidneys.Pig dermatitis can cause different deaths in pigs of different ages,severely affects the growth and development of infected pigs,and has severe immunosuppression,which can easily lead to infection with a variety of bacterial diseases and viral disease,said nephrotic syndrome,a spokesman for the department of Health,complicates clinical symptoms.In this paper,the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of nephrotic syndrome were discussed,and the effective disease diagnosis was made according to the pathogenetic trend of a farm,and the corresponding prevention and treatment scheme was put forward.
