摘 要:冲击能是气动凿岩机凿孔效率的核心参数,研究分析了应力波法、受冲腔法、末速度法三种冲击能测试方法,基于GB/T 5621—2008国家标准建立了应力波法气动凿岩机测试系统,通过试验验证了该系统测量误差在±10%范围内,符合国家标准的要求,并指出吸能装置的吸能效果、应变片的粘贴、能量传递损耗等因素,是应力波法测量冲击能精度偏低的主要原因。该研究的测试系统成本低、可操作性强,对凿岩机械生产企业研制冲击能检测设备具有一定的参考价值。Impact energy is the core parameter of the drilling efficiency of the pneumatic rock drills.Three kinds of impact energy testing methods,including stress wave method,impact cavity method,and end velocity method,were studied and analyzed based on national standard GB/T 5621—2008,which established the stress wave method pneumatic rock drill test system.Through the test,it was verified that the measurement error of the system was within±10%,which could meet the requirements of the national standard.It is pointed out that the energy absorption effect of the energy absorption device,the sticking of a strain gauge,energy transfer loss,and other factors are the main reasons for the low accuracy of shock energy measurement by stress wave method.The test system has low cost and strong operability,which has a certain reference value for rock drilling machinery manufacturers to develop impact energy detection equipment.
