摘 要:煤矿用气动手持式钻机性能直接影响煤矿安全生产和矿井工人健康安全,为合理评判其综合性能,从安全性、能耗、可靠性、人性化设计四个方面对气动钻机进行了分析,应用模糊评判理论和层次分析法(AHP)建立了其综合性能评判数学模型,并系统地阐述了评判过程。通过工程实例验证了研究方法的科学性、实用性,可以作为生产企业和煤矿用户设计选型的工具。The performance of the gas-powered hand-held drilling rig directly affects the safety of coal mine production and the health and safety of mineworkers.In order to reasonably evaluate its comprehensive performance,the pneumatic drilling rig was analyzed from aspects of safety,energy consumption,reliability,and humanized design.The mathematical model of its comprehensive performance evaluation was established by using fuzzy evaluation theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation process was expounded systematically.The scientific and practical research method was verified by engineering examples,which can be used as a tool for the design and selection of production enterprises and coal mine users.
