摘  要:清洁能源和备用电厂的接入,未来智能配电网的闭环运行,将对供电可靠性带来很大提升。针对煤矿配电网多电源闭环系统的防越级问题,提出了基于GOOSE网络的方向电流闭锁型防越级保护方案——故障时利用功率方向判断实际电源上级,通过GOOSE通信机制完成闭锁或开放等故障信息的快速传递,从而实现整个厂区配电网的防越级保护功能。通过理论分析和动模试验,验证了该方案的可靠性和实用性。The access to clean energy and standby power plants and the closed-loop operation of the intelligent distribution networks in the future will greatly improve the reliability of the power supply.Aiming at the problem of various power supply closed-loop systems in coal mine distribution networks,a directional current blocking anti-override protection scheme based on the GOOSE network was proposed.In case of fault,the power direction was used to judge the actual power superior,and the fast transmission of fault information such as locking or opening was completed through the GOOSE communication mechanism,so as to realize the anti-override protection function of the whole plant distribution network.The reliability and practicability of the scheme were verified by theoretical analysis and dynamic model tests.
