疫情防控期间方舱医院对构建医患命运共同体的启示

摘　　要：疫情期间方舱医院不仅完成了医疗救治的历史使命,而且在医患双方的共同努力下,营造出了轻松和谐的医患关系、乐观积极的整体氛围,医患之间升华为休戚与共的命运共同体。如何使方舱医院的和谐医患关系成为常态是一个值得思考和实践的课题。通过对医患命运共同体的内涵进行阐释,并对方舱医院和谐医患关系与构建医患命运共同体的内在契合性进行分析,得出构建医患命运共同体的启示:制度设计是构建医患命运共同体之“根”;信任建设是构建医患命运共同体之“基”;尊重理解是构建医患命运共同体之“魂”。During the epidemic period,the mobile cabin hospitals not only completed the historical mission of medical treatment,but also created a relaxed and harmonious doctor-patient relationship and an optimistic and positive overall atmosphere with the joint efforts of doctors and patients.Doctors and patients sublimate to a community of shared destiny.How to make the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the mobile cabin hospitals to be a normal condition is a subject worthy of consideration and practice.This paper by explaining the connotation of the doctor-patient destiny community and analyzing the inherent fit between the harmonious doctor-patient relationship of the mobile cabin hospitals and the construction of doctor-patient destiny community,the enlightenment of the construction of the doctor-patient destiny community was obtained:System design is the“root”of constructing doctor-patient destiny community;Trust building is the“foundation”of constructing doctor-patient destiny community;Respect and understanding is the“soul”of construction doctor-patient destiny community.
