摘  要:为实现线谱隔振,本文在隔振器结构中引入双端点的惯容。根据新机电相似关系,类比电气系统“电容-电感”谐振条件,完备地构建出3型“惯容-弹簧”反共振隔振器结构,重点针对2型三元件“惯容-弹簧”反共振隔振器分析其隔振特性。结果表明:三元件“惯容-弹簧”反共振隔振器具有线谱和宽带双重隔振特性;与惯容并联的阻尼是全局阻尼,而与弹簧并联的阻尼是局部阻尼;质量比是反共振隔振设计的关键参数。三元件“惯容-弹簧”反共振隔振器为在被动系统上实现线谱和宽带一体化隔振提供一种有效技术途径。In order to isolate vibration from line spectra,an inerter with double endpoints is introduced into the architecture of an isolator.According to the new electromechanical analogy,three types of“inerter-spring”anti-resonant isolators are designed through analogy with the resonance condition of“capacitance-inductance.”Focusing on a vibration isolation system based on a three-element inerter-spring anti-resonant isolator,the vibrational characteristics and isolation performance are analyzed in terms of natural frequency,anti-resonance frequency,anti-resonant isolation characteristics,and influencing parameters.The results show that the three-element inerter-spring anti-resonant isolator has twice the performance in isolation of line spectra and broadband vibration.The damping in parallel with the inerter is global damping,while the damping in parallel with the spring is local damping.The mass ratio is found to be the key parameter for designing an anti-resonant vibration isolation system.The proposed three-element inerter-spring anti-resonant isolator provides an effective technique to attenuate line spectra and broadband vibration integrally in a passive way.
