摘 要:针对注油器的注油量对“缸套-活塞环”摩擦副的润滑和润滑油的消耗率影响的问题,本文提出了一种基于“恒压等容”的注油器注油量测量方法。采用仿真计算和试验相结合的方法,分析了背压阀弹簧固有频率、背压罐容积对其测量精度的影响。结果表明:这种注油器注油量测量方法切实可行,可作为注油器出厂检验以及电控气缸注油系统注油量标定的重要依据之一。To examine the effect of the oil injection quantity of a cylinder lubricator on the lubrication of the“cylinder liner-piston ring”friction pair and the consumption of lubricating oil,a measurement method for the oil injection quantity of a cylinder lubricator is proposed in this paper based on the“constant pressure isovolumetric”condition.The effects of the natural frequency of the back-pressure valve spring and the volume of the back-pressure tank on the measurement accuracy are analyzed using simulation and experiment methods.The results show that this measurement method is feasible and can be used as one of the important bases for the delivery inspection of lubricators and the calibration of the oil injection quantity of electronically controlled cylinder oil filling systems.
