摘　　要：建成遗产保护修缮设计策略的制定是一个随着项目推进,不断深入挖掘遗产价值、完善价值体系的动态过程。在此过程中重新审视、修正建筑的价值判定,从管理、文化、技术等多个层面评估设计方案,使遗产保护、活化、利用策略得到最优选择。文章以白公馆修缮项目为例,对历史建筑和场所价值进行深入挖掘,探讨了建筑活态遗产保护修缮的动态设计实践以及历史、文化等多元价值的融合与拓展。其场所空间演变、文化传承的独特属性和正面的改造结果也渗透至历史建筑的价值体系中,从而形成建筑活态遗产保护利用的正向反馈,为建成遗产的保护利用展现了新思路。The drafting of the design strategy for architectural heritage is a dynamic process that develops with the project and keeps exploring the heritage value system.To ensure optimal choices for the revitalisation and active reuse of built heritage,during the design process,constant reflections and revisions are given to the heritage value system.Such design should be evaluated from various aspects such as management,culture and technology,and adaptive selections should be made on strategies for heritage protection.The article takes the renovation project of the Beudin House as an example to explore the value of heritage building and place in depth.It further discusses the dynamic design practice for the protection and restoration of a living heritage,as well as the blending and expansion of diverse values such as historical value and cultural value.The evolution of the place and the architectural spaces,the inheritance of the unique cultural identity and the positive renovation result of the Beudin House permeate the existing value system of historic architecture,which received positive feedbacks on the protection and reuse of living architectural heritage and presented a novel concept for the renovation and reuse of heritage buildings.
