摘 要:采用入口电离质谱技术,对南、北五味子的敞开式质谱轮廓进行分析,建立了快速定性中药五味子中木质素类成分及对南、北五味子快速鉴别的方法。结果表明,利用四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱结合入口电离技术,仅采用Full MS扫描方式,在复杂基质中可快速分析南、北五味子中的共9种木质素类化学成分并通过特征差异性标志物安五脂素对南五味子进行鉴别。方法可用于中药材五味子的原位分析及鉴定。A method to identify the chemical constituents in the fruits of S. sphenanthera and S. chinensis has been established by using inlet ionization mass spectrometry to differentiate the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera and Schisandra chinensis. As the results showed,full MS scanning method can be used to quickly analyze the 9 chemical ingredients of lignins both in the fruits of S. sphenanthera and S. chinensis by combining quadrupole orbitrap mass spectrumetry( Q-ExactiveOrbitrap MS) with inlet ionization. And the identification of the fruit of S. sphenanthera was performed by anwuligan,which was the characteristic difference marker between the two sample groups. This method could be used for direct and rapid in situ analysis and identification of the fruits of S. sphenanthera and S. chinensis without sample pretreatment. The present study provides a basis for the rapidly qualitative analysis of Chinese medicinal materials.
